It's Official

Molly was recently honored with "The Cutest Baby" Award. In a small gathering of 100 international dignitaries and a few thousand select guests, Nelson Mandela, President-Elect of Pretty Babies of the World Organization (PBWO), honored Molly with the award. "I've never seen such a CUTE baby! Has everyone looked at this BABY!?! Holy cow! She's RIDICULOUSLY cute!" Mandela excitedly announced to the crowd. Molly humbly accepted the honor, then stated that she wished the world leaders "would do more about global warming."

Monsters are REALLY Scary

Hey, everyone gets scared . . . Molly just expresses it a little better than most. To be honest, she did have a legitimate reason to be scared- we found this blue man hiding in the corner of the bedroom a few minutes later.

Say cheese!

We recently celebrated John's (Brian's Dad) birthday and we took a family pic. Not only is this Molly's first picture with everybody on this side of 'the fam', but we all actually look pretty good! It was a fun night filled with baseball trivia and delicious lemon cake! (thanks Brigette!)

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ...

Molly is four weeks old today and after all the celebrating, everyone was pretty worn out! Molly and Moses took a little nap together.

Mo' Molly, Mo' Molly

So it goes without saying that when you combine two really good looking people (Carly and Brian :) you end up with a really, really ridiculously good-looking baby (we call her Molly). Here she is in her bear suit, she's so cute we can "bearly" stand it *the puns are free* (thanks Aunties Brigette and Larissa). Next up is Molly in her upcoming fall line of of sleepers, the pose you may recognize is Blue Steel.

The Catch of our Lives

On Wednesday, July 28th we welcomed Molly McPhee Taylor into our world and into our hearts. She was born at AF Hospital at 7:51 AM. She weighed 8 pounds 3 ounces and was 18.5 inches long. As you can see, she has LOTS of hair, which validates the theory that the more heartburn you have during a pregnancy the more the baby will have. For the last 9 months when Carly wasn't breathing she was working on a Rolaids chew :)

Cat-ch of the Day

Try not to be too jealous, but we spent several days fishing at Utah Lake. Besides the funny smell and millions of mosquitoes, we also caught a few catfish. Just don't ask what we used as bait, it might not sit well with your tummy.
